Recipe ingredients: 2 inch slices of pineapple (medium sized) ½ cups of coconut milk ¼ bananas ¼ mangoes ice
Fresh pineapple juice, banana and luscious mango blended with cool coconut milk. Quite simply paradise in a glass!

Juice the pineapple and pour into a blender. Add the banana, mango, coconut milk and ice. Blend - pour - enjoy!

This tropical delight is bursting with potassium - which is important for a healthy nervous system and regular heart rythm. This mineral alone helps to prevent stroke, aids proper muscle contraction and works with sodium to control the body's water balance.
